The Brief

Create an environment that captured the anticipation and ritual of artists preparing for a performance.

The space needed to feel cinematic and editorial while retaining the energy and chaos of a real backstage environment.

Building the World

Rather than recreating a conventional backstage area, the project reimagined it as a stylized editorial space where preparation became part of the narrative.

The environment blurred the line between dressing room, photoshoot set and performance space.

The Build

The project involved the construction of multiple large-scale environments, including an editorial vanity setup, a dedicated photoshoot space and a custom glass box installation that acted as visual anchors throughout the film.

Supporting elements such as cables, styling tools, clothing racks, coffee cups and scattered personal objects helped create a lived-in backstage atmosphere.

The Outcome

The final environments created a believable yet heightened backstage world, giving the project an identity that felt both cinematic and authentic.

Design Approach

The visual language borrowed from fashion editorials and backstage photography — polished but imperfect, constructed yet spontaneous.

The intention was to capture the energy that exists in the moments just before stepping into the spotlight.

Let's Talk

I’m looking forward to projects where I can shape a brand ,direct the visuals or bring a story to life across any visual touchpoint.
